Returns 

Third-Party Booking

We do offer in store pick-up. Please see product page to verify if in store pick up is offered on the item you are interested in. Clients can return unopened items withing three days for exchange or store credit.

When booking with third-party vochers and coupons please: 

1. Visit the site www.rrbodybar.com

 

2. Click BOOK NOW

 

3. Click the drop-down arrow from standard services to “Pre-paid vouchers”

 

4. Click on your service and enter the booking info please be sure to enter your redemption code or coupon code or your booking request will be denied 

 

5. You will not be required to enter card info since you have prepaid from a third party. You’ll just pick “single session”

Refunds

Appointments

Due to the type of product and sanitation policies, we do not accept opened or used products.  We also do not offer refunds at this time. 

It is important that customers booking appointments understand the policies please see the policy section on each service. There is a (10) minute grace period for all appointments. There is a $25 late cancellation fee for non-members. Please use your appointments before they expire all unused extended appointments will expire at the end of the calendar year. If you purchase a package and miss an appointment without canceling within 24 hours you will forfeit that appointment. You may not book more than one appointment in a day.
